How It Works

Access to the cars is governed by the Club's unique points system. This system is central to the entire operation of the Club. When you join, you are allocated a number of points which you can then swap for time in the cars. Each use of a Club Car has a points value which depends on three variables;

  1. Which Car - (Cars are banded from 1-6)
  2. Which Season - (Winter 2, Spring and Autumn 3, and Summer 4), and
  3. Which Day - (weekend days are worth 4 and weekdays are worth 1)

The total number of points that you use on any given booking is calculated by using the following formula

Car x Season x Day

This is best shown using examples:

Use of a Porsche 911 (Band 5) on a Winter (2 points) Weekday (1 point) would use just 10 points

5 x 2 x 1 = 10 points

Use of the Mercedes 560 SEC (Band 4) on a Winter (2 points) Weekend (4 points) would use 64 points

4 x 2 x 4 = 32 x 2 days = 64 points

Use of the Triumph Stag (Band 3) on a Summer (4 points) Weekday (1 point) would use just 12 points

3 x 4 x 1 = 12 points

'As a member, you can book up to five days at a time and up to one month in advance - if you want to stretch these rules, you use one of the three jokers given to you in your annual fee package.
