We've always loved the MX5. If you've never driven one you don't know what you are missing. Forget big bhp and performance figures; forget rock hard track-day tools, in the real world on real roads these little sports cars are damned hard to beat.
There were fears that the new generation of MX5 wouldn't live up to the previous model's fearsome reputation. So don't just take our word for it - here is what Piston Heads have to say:
